NOMA Lab: A Precedent as You Proceed to The End

Though it adopts a different approach given its significantly downplayed context, it might be worth looking at some of the projects that are coming out that showcase the connections between architecture and cuisine such as 3XN's NOMA Lab.

There are several great precedents to look at for the basic operation of a culinary institute including:

HDR Architecture's Institute for the Culinary Arts in Omaha

Jorge Gracia's Culinary Art School

VAUMM's Basque Culinary Center

And of course, the esteemed el Bulli Culinary Research Foundation
