Preview of some rough render options/images I pulled from the web. Trying to find the balance between a dynamic scene/view and one that can showcase the different canopy conditions. Model isn't complete but it's getting there.
In conclusion I think the top image is my best bet, as its a very basic setting that showcases the design rather than the photography. I was also looking into a winter scene to showcase the pavilion during the off season, but the runner up image is the actual boat club that captures more site than anything (directly above this paragraph).
