Stepping Stones.

As I begin to start and look into our P2 Part A Project.
I thought I'd share a few of precedents that I've looked into and are interested in.
At this point, I'm not quite sure what I want to do, but these projects may or may not point into the direction and shed light on what i may possibly do..

First off,
Tverrfjellhytta / Snøhetta

It's a project that I've looked into before. And thought I'd might be a good precedents for this project as it shares a similar scale. This design intrigued me as it's simple, and combines "desert architecture...aesthetic of rectilinear form" ([R]ed[U]x Lab stated) and an organic form.

Porciúncula de la Milagrosa Chapel / Daniel Bonilla Arquitectos

The unique design about this chapel, is the transformation of space, its ability"open and close".
Holy Rosary Church Complex / Trahan Architects

La Estancia Chapel / Bunker Arquitectura

  1. Going with mass (no pun intended) would likely be the better option given the climate. It also allows you to play with material a bit more as the palette is larger.
