what I'm most interested in is of course in Pawlyn's talk is the nambian fog basking beetle who is able to capture moisture from the fog in the air and direct its flow to its mouth for drinking. In the mornings when the dew enriched air is over the dunes, the beetle sticks his butt in the air at a 45 degree angle where it collects moisture to drink.
I further researched online and found a company that already began to use this idea of water catching in a smaller scale that creates about a cup of water over night.

incorporating this kind of technology as the dew bank isn't entirely hard as its only smooth steel ridges which creates a moat at the bottom. I began some sketches and came up with an idea that might incorporate another greenhouse similar to the one mentioned by Michael Pawlyn but probably in a way that would create a zen garden of some sort for the meditative space. The idea is that the center will slowly recreate the area with water collection from the dew in the mornings and slowly spread over the area.
